Guava is one of our favourite hop characteristics that pops up in the Juicy IPA series, so it seemed only natural to brew a version focussing on this note. Weve combined Strata, Enigma and Mosaic hops with a serious load (around 10%) of pureed Australian guava added in two stages during fermentation. Double guavad and triple dry-hopped, as with all of our Juicy beers is best drunk fresh!
