IPA – New England | 7% ABV

Commercial Description:

A New England IPA is distinctly different than its West-Coast counterpart. They are unfiltered, hazy beers with a much softer bitterness and incredible texture from the use of wheat and oats. Often described as juicy due to the fruity esters from British yeast mingling with tropical and citrusy hops. However, at CCB we do not see New England IPAs as an excuse for lazy brewing. We wait until almost all of the yeast is dropped out, leaving an incredibly stable protein/polyphenol haze.
