Our Whole Black Peppercorn is actually a fruit that is dried and used as a seasoning. It adds a kick of heat that won\’t overwhelm the other ingredients in your dish. Our Whole Black Peppercorns are ready for your grinder, but you can also use them as they are in pickling spice mixes, brines, or even add them to your herb sachet to flavor stews and stocks.
